Job Opening: Member Service Representative
We service a great group of members and are committed to giving back to our community. ACCU is seeking an individual with a positive attitude and outlook. Someone who can maintain confidentiality, has a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and has a high attention to detail.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Handling transactions accurately and efficiently for members by assisting them with their financial transactions. Verifying cash and endorsement of checks. Performing a variety of duties to support daily operations. Make fraud prevention, security, and accuracy a top priority. Actively listen to the members and recommend products/services to help meet their financial goals.
